When there are tiles with the same position or type on the board, the corresponding bond effect will be activated when it reaches a certain number. Bonds are split into grades according to the number of tiles on the board. The effects of the bonds can be stacked. For example, the Ninja bond is split into two grades at 3/6 respectively. The first grade is activated when there are 3 Ninjas, and the second grade is activated when there are 6 Ninjas. (At this time, both effects are in effect.) If there are multiple of the same shikigami on the board, it will be considered as 1 with regards to the bond.
Lineup
During battle, players can create different lineups according to the different bonds. Different lineups can counter and be countered, and there is no absolute powerful lineup. Players being able to observe the lineups of other players and make adjustments to their own lineup is one of the keys to winning.
